At Double Tree Store, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery Areas: We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Return Policy
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Flower Bulbs (e.g., Daffodil Bulbs, Tulip Bulbs, Begonia Tubers, Dahlia Tubers, Crocus Bulbs)
- Live Plants (e.g., Apple Trees, Pear Trees, Blueberry Plants, Citrus Trees, Dwarf Fruit Trees)
- Perishable Items (e.g., Fertilisers)
- Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return request.
- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item securely and include the RAN on the package. Ship the item back to us at the provided address.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Process: Follow the same steps as the return process. Once we receive the defective or damaged item, we will ship out a replacement at no additional cost.
