Shipping Information

At Double Tree Store, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery Areas: We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:
    • Flower Bulbs (e.g., Daffodil Bulbs, Tulip Bulbs, Begonia Tubers, Dahlia Tubers, Crocus Bulbs)
    • Live Plants (e.g., Apple Trees, Pear Trees, Blueberry Plants, Citrus Trees, Dwarf Fruit Trees)
    • Perishable Items (e.g., Fertilisers)
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return request.
    2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
    3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
    4. Pack the item securely and include the RAN on the package. Ship the item back to us at the provided address.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Process: Follow the same steps as the return process. Once we receive the defective or damaged item, we will ship out a replacement at no additional cost.
