Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Note: Due to the nature of certain products, some items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Flower Bulbs (e.g., Crocus Bulbs, Daffodil Bulbs)
  • Plants (e.g., Annual Bedding Plants, Apple Trees, Pear Trees, Blueberry Plants, Citrus Trees, Clematis, Climbing Plants, Cottage Garden Plants, Dwarf Fruit Trees, Exotic Plants)
  • Perishable items (e.g., Begonia Tubers, Dahlia Tubers)

Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Please include the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
